A job is the key to integration of migrants. But often the professional entry fails. Sometimes the language skills are not sufficient, sometimes the companies won't hire refugees because they are afraid of losing them quickly. Not least there are admministrative barriers. Those affected have no choice but to be content with voluntary work, unpaid internships or occasional jobs in the low-pay sector. But there are also positive examples. Refugees who start a career despite of all the obstacles - also thanks to responsible-minded employers. Here are some successful men and women from stuttgart.
